Shipping & Delivery

Danny Andreakou Online Shop makes every effort to pick, pack and deliver all orders on the same day. Orders made until 3:00pm are shipped on the same day. All orders received after 3:00pm will be shipped the day after. Orders that take place on Friday after 3:00pm, Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from business days.

For the delivery of your purchases we collaborate with recognized courier companies. Deliveries throughout Greece are made by ACS Courier and the estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 business days. Estimated time of delivery is indicative and may vary on islands and remote postcode areas.

International shipments are made by DHL EXPRESS. Estimated delivery time may vary by country. Deliveries cannot be made in PO boxes.

Danny Andreakou Online Shop is not responsible for delays in deliveries caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Delivery times are estimated and depend on the approval of your credit card, our stock availability, the courier and post office, delays at customs, your arrangements with the carrier, and any strikes and events of force majeure.

The fees for shipping are as follows:

Domestic Shipping:

All domestic orders are exclusively delivered through ACS delivery.

Delivery for Greece is free. Average delivery time: 1 to 3 working days

Shipping to Cyprus

DHL Express

The cost of delivery is twenty-seven (25.00) euros per order.

The cost of delivery is eight (8.00) euros per order.

  • Our company does not deliver products to minors or persons under guardianship, without the written consent/authorization of their guardian. Products cannot be delivered to mailboxes.
  • Τhe address declared by the customer needs to be real and valid. If the carrier is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver the goods due to absence or change of address, the customer is responsible for the prompt notification of the carrier or he/she will be charged any additional cost of shipping.
  • Our company is not responsible for delays due to:  the function of the carrier, or their faulty communication with the customer, negligence on behalf of the customer to communicate with the carrier, delays of Customs offices, strikes, or any other incident of force majeure.
  • Products remain property of the company until delivery, and travel at company’s risk. In case of package loss, the order will be replaced pending product availability or the customer will be refunded.
  • In order to receive your order, you have to sign a form given to you at the time of delivery. If you are absent, you should ensure the presence of someone to sign the receipt of the products. Otherwise, you should contact the carrier to set another time for delivery. You can also add special instructions for delivery during the ordering process.

 

All parcels shipped to outside the EU are subject to customs or import duties. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
